I appreciate the extra time she allotted to show me where the plots were located and to meet one of the maintenance staff which was just as pleasant as she. We first met Jessie about two years ago to preplan our interment. She was very knowledgeable and patient in answering our questions. We signed papers and went on our merry way.
Unfortunately we had to use one of those sites recently. Jessie was very efficient in arranging the items that we had specified. It was basically a signing procedure that was completed in a minimum amount of time. When I went back a couple of times to make some changes after approval her can do attitude and smile said ” no problem”. She made this very difficult time easy and worry free. Keep up the good work Jessie.
Good luck with your initial “Light Up The Lake” event on Saturday December 16. I am sure it will be a great success.

We have many family members buried at Graceland.
We were introduced to Graceland as my husband’s grandfather was buried here in January of 1977, as this was the year of the blizzard and many cemeteries would not dig the graves at that time.
So Graceland accommodated the situation and from there on Graceland took care of our family’s burial needs.
Upon meeting with Erin she had researched our file and found information that was believed to be lost.
Erin had everything prepared, reviewed with expertise and we left feeling confident with our decisions. It’s so nice to have arrangements taken care ahead of time , as this alleviates the stress off of our loved ones at an extremely sad and emotional time in our lives.

Jessie helped me and my family get through the most difficult time of our lives. Our Mom passed away in September and Jessie made that difficult time bearable all the while making sure that we took care of all the tasks of burying Mom.
